The project was developed by two people, a married couple. They want to remain anonymous because the message shall be the focus of attention, not the two artists.

One of both has ALS and both hope to help a little bit against this disease with their project Berger H Elefant.

Both will be pleased if their project increases public attention to ALS and, of course, for many new photos of Berger H Elefant from all over the world. If you want to do more than that, you could for example spend a small donation for research purposes. This page will show you how.

Or you could give your Berger H Elefant to someone else who will travel and send photos with Berger H.Elefant from his destination.

You can order a Berger H Elefant for a small amount that goes to the Charité for ALS-research.

Even though the “Ice Bucket challenge” created big attention to ALS, many people do still not know about ALS. We do not give up hope that one fine day science will find the key to cure this disease although we know that it still will take a long time, with more public attention probably  less.

About three times per month we create and produce new series of Berger H Elefant stickers. We attach the stickers mainly in Berlin, there mainly at places which are well known for Street Art projects.  The stickers can be taken to accompany the finder on his journeys.

Each set of stickers contains 10 – 50 small ones (“to go” sticker) which can be taken and 2-3 large ones which are glued for permanent. So please do not try to take these large ones off.

 Those of you who cannot look for or find a sticker but would like to have one can order one piece per set here.   We produce very small stickers as well. Maybe you´ll find one of these. And, of course, you can take them with you as well. They like to travel as much as the bigger ones.

If you find a sticker you can keep it. But please, make a photo of Berger H. Elefant wherever you take him to. If you wish, you can give the sticker to someone else or attach it somewhere else so someone else can find and take the sticker. It is your choice. The photos of the stickers from all over the world shall bring a little joy to those who suffer from ALS and can’t travel anymore by themselves. The whole project will hopefully lead to more attention for ALS  and the donations will be a small subsidy for the ALS research.
